from day 1 this app used to be trouble giving various problems , and yesterday i tried to add an ad i cant edit my address in my profile settings it logs me out , again when trying to add an ad to sell i cant select a city cuz it shows none , now this morning its stuck at launching screen logo ... would have been a good app but all the bugs and errors makes it useless
Can't post an ad. When i am trying add a new address. Street address is fine. But select region and city functions are not working. I have sent an email to carmudi. No replys from them. Worst app and bad customer service.
This app confusing users... when i'm put car ads on this app, i've been email that my car ads was rejected with reason #suspectedfraud without any further information about how fix my ads. This app ask about users fixed their ads not solved or communicate the probles. Well done, team... auto -uninstall...
this app sucks big time. i posted a car for sale and it's rejected saying i can only post 1 car and i dont have anything else on my inventory and you try calling their customer hotline nooo answer. called them a few times to be sure still nada. I think they just wants users to pay for feature cars i understand they need to get paid. but still i want my free slot
I paid for an ad, unfortunately I got the year model wrong. Its frustrating because the app wont let me change the year model. I am calling all your contact number to change the listing for me. But no one's answering"
