A government app that works well! Good for setting reminders for collection dates, checking when these have been rescheduled and also seeing/paying your council tax. Yet to encounter any crashes or problems.
not bad at all. still needs updating for fly tipping but its a useful app to store your council tax details, especially if you have to produce evidence of benefits for certain things. saves rummaging through your papers before attending meeting etc. so for that alone, its worth installing. cardiff council would it be possible to allow residents to order rubbish bags via this app? ive ordered online but nothing came, and ive been using std black bags & wary garbos might refuse to take my rubbish
This app is proving to be great so far. Smooth-running, clear and accessible. I have two suggestions if either are allowed: could there be a space to report bad parking (e.g. cars parked across the entirety of a pavement preventing pedestrians from passing) and a space to report potentially hazardous litter (e.g. broken glass)?
Useful for waste reminders and checking Council Tax balance, works quickly if your details are securely stored within the application. Can see reporting for fly tipping has recently been added to the app and expect we'll see more services added over the coming months/years.
Not worth downloading at thr moment. as it gives little or not enough information. the waste collection information is hardly complete no details about garden waste, ordering bags or caddy, times of collection will also help. No options to report graffiti. Perhaps future developed app will be more useful.'
