Twice now I have ordered a taxi for a specific time. Twice now, instead of having taxi outside when I go out at exact time I booked, I had to wait and check the app only for it to tell me that the driver has been dispatched after. Waiting 20 minutes now and had to call dispatch to find out the driver is 4 minutes away. That was 10 minutes ago.
So the tracking has been fixed, but now the app is constantly using battery in the background. Not good. Not capital's fault (still most reliable company in cardiff), but AutoCab system is defective....
Useless app. It sent driver to wrong address. Then it wouldn't accept my loaded card for payment. Thankfully I had some cash on me.
hopeless! booked taxi 1h in advance. After 20mints waiting called operator to be told that is not guaranteed to have taxi on time via app ?!?! and i would need to call them direct. what is the point of the APP then ?!?!?
Dont use the app. Told me my cab was 4 minutes away, when it wasn't. Took 30 mins for a different taxi to turn up."
