Excellent Service. I first started using GOcery. I cant say enough about the ease and efficiency of the process, and the effort the Shoppers put in to always make sure that I get what I need. Substitutions have been clearly communicated with me and options provided when my original choice hasnt been available. I appreciate that this service exists and highly recommend it!
Ive never had any problems with GOcery! The shoppers do a great job and I buy a lot of produce. The app is fantastic and its easy to communicate with the shopper and make adjustments if an item is unavailable. I always order food to be delivered within 2 hours and my orders have never been late. I am very happy with this service.
This is a great app since I have to order groceries for my sister who is not mobile. The only complaint I have as they force you to complete the survey before you can move on to the next screen but I can't complete the survey sometime since I'm not there to see the results of the delivery. It's very frustrating..survey should be optional
This app is truly convenient for those that don't have a car, license to drive, or you just had a long day at work and don't feel like shopping for groceries. There's even replacement options if an item ran out. Not good enough, you can text the shopper while they are shopping for a great replacement. It's better experience knowing you'll get the item you need. Fast service and the delivers are very kind and helpful bring the groceries right to your kitchen or door if you're not comfortable.
I enjoy the ease of this app. They have integrated with the local grocery store so that my fav products are spot on for my exact choice. The shoppers are diligent and precise on choosing for me even on fresh fruits and vegetables. The drivers are kind and thoughtful. Nothing but the best experiences.
