so much potential with this app, however, there is no support or training available from EE. when you call, no one seems to k ow what you are talking about. Surely it would have made sense to train a team and issue a more in-depth user manual before going live with the product? it's like issuing a user manual for a car that tells you how to open the door, with nothing else."
