What is a C-Score?
A Complaint-Score (C-Score) is made up of two (2) numbers; the first number indicates the number of complaints that are in our records; the second number indicates the number of these complaints that have been settled.
The positive sign (+) indicates that payments are being made towards complaint(s).
The negative sign (-) indicates that no payment is being made towards complaint(s).
The hash tag (#) indicates that complaint(s) have been discontinued/not paid.
Your C-Score can be used when requesting or extending credit, renting or leasing, for employment or any situation where integrity may play a role.
