~ The apps come in two platforms: smartwatch and mobile

When the application detects your heart rate is over 100 bpm, you will be notified to manage your mental health. The application is set to measure your heart rate every 2 hours. You must log in to the mobile application to allow the smartwatch application to be connected or tethered to the mobile application.
