Just installed the app. Configuration went well and information that are available look usefull. Works fine in French! Hope that I will be able to use it in the case of emergency to return to Switzerland.
Crashed 3 times when searching for country right after installation. Links still need you to open the browser. All information should be on the app, so that, one mustn't be directed to the website.
You want to make this app better? Find the arrogant, incompetent person who developed it, and fire him/her! 1. "Reisehinweise". Dear Swiss German developer, why is the title in German?? 2. When you open the app, why is it in German? Why does one have to know that "Einstellungen" means "settings" and go there to change the language? 3. Profile. I had to click on "forgot my password" to be able to find a page where I could CREATE a profile in the first place!!! Terrible app, terrible mindset.
I wish I would be able to contact the Dpt of Foreign affairs directly on the app. Agreed with another comment : no email or phone number in the profile. I would also appreciate to have the official infos like repatriation directly on the app.
What good for is this Travel App if it's only in German? Installed... and uninstalled :-(. What a shame for Switzerland who most often sticks out of the mass in a very positive manner!"
