The Athletes Compound play online

The Athletes Compound app is a new program designed for athletes to be able to workout from anywhere. This program will help you with your strength, speed and agility on the ice. You will be able to workout with our trainers, former NHL player Lubos Bartecko and Matej Ilenick.

My Hockey Life will help you step by step through the process with any questions you might have. We are here to help you achieve your goals.

You will also be able to communicate with other athletes in the community created on the app. Set up challenges for each other to help push yourselves to achieve your goals.
