Do not get carried away by the offers and discounts popped up when you play online the app or when you look over the app. You will know the reality of how unorganized they are once you place an order. When I mailed them of how unhappy I was,I had to return ome item which took 2 days and the refund took more than a week after mailing them multiple times,one of their customer executive had the gut to call me and She spoke to me in a rude tone. Take my advice,First you clean up your defects, become systematic and then deal with the people. Usless app with unsensible customer executives.
Hassle free shopping it was really fun shopping on your website...which lead me to play online the app and I wished to write this review for u guys as it was amazing the way you handled my return queries and prompt actions on the same as per my convenience.....really very happy with your services
i ordered 2 plus size clothing from this app, almost payment was must to complete the order, i did so,, i got a confirmation message and email, however i was unable to see my order tracking in this app atall,, when tried contacting them call is not reachable, sent email shows failure now i doubt is it a true shopping app or fraud kindly be aware and give me suggestions to solve it please
This is not a very professional app. I tried ordering from this. I got it delivered however no tracking details in the app provided nor thy suggest any date of delivery. Order and jeep waiting. Returns are pathetic. The quality of product is bad. I hv been struggling to return my order however the number provided in the app never goes through/connects nor do they reply to my emails. Its a bad experience.
Do not ever buy from this app. This app will make sure to frustrate you while checkout. Also login does not work well. So irritating process and boring collection.'
