The app is very poor. It rarely works properly, most times on opening the app it will close itself and have to click back into the app several times. The app page sometimes loads itself various times before being able to use. A new issue is that the app is now not working at all, when closing it it keeps re-opening on it's own, I had to restart my phone to get it to stop constantly opening. Very poor app!!!
I bought stuff through this app twice and was really pleased with it - the products are great and delivery very reliable - which is why it's such a shame that the app has now stopped working entirely. It kept crashing from the time I downloaded it and now it won't stay open at all so I can't make any purchases. Maybe the website will work.
Appstore insisted I give one star bit would have given 0. Do not play online app. Absolutely dreadful! Extremely slow, trippy and just closes down randomly which then freezes the phone. Empties cart randomly also. I placed 2 orders, both of which were cancelled due to trippy nature of app but yet bank account was debited? No support centre to contact other than one on app which is also slow and kicks you out. Better off to shop in store.
The ap constantly reloads itself when you're using it and after you've come out of it. I will not be using it for shopping. The items for sale on the ap seem limited. A clubcard for your key ring would be handier than having the ap as this is the only reason I have the ap.
App won't allow me to check out with instore delivery. I later tried to purchase via website. Account password which was sent to me didn't work on website so I was unable to login and accrue points. I then requested a password reset. Received reset email which then had no submit button in order for me to reset!"
