Would be helpful if you can also show a history of the units purchased not only cost. History of usage is only a week, longer history, possibly a months data would be beneficial. An allowance to archive data locally. Real time usage would also be beneficial as app is always a day or 2 behind. Alerts and monitoring would then work but if system and app not kept in real time then reason why electricity switches off without any notice.

Can you add a feature that when an appliance is using a lot of electricity for eg. a geyser or stove, (on the meter there is a flashing light to show how much is been used in real time), so that one can monitor it in real time and also see when say the geyser is ready the feature would show this. Thanks.

Has been working well for me for over a year. When there were problems, it was with the meter and not the app. MidCity fixed that promptly and no issues further. Take note that balance does not update immediately, but after midnight since you loaded new electricity. Your true balance does update, however. Good work, MidCity!

App hasnt worked for 3 weeks now. I cannot see my meter. It just stopped working. I called midcity. . . They cannot assist. Logged out and back in, deleted and redownloaded. Still nothing.

The app worked perfectly until the new updates. Now it does not respond and I cant get access to my usage data etc. If Im lucky 1 out of 20 times I go in something happens. Utterly frustrating!'
