They've started off pretty well then for some reason they mess up orders, choose items badly, and there is no customer service option to get in touch with them directly, and when I do they don't respond.
I ordered twice to give them a chance.. and in both time the orders delivered missing some items they fix the problem but seriously do i need to have this problem every time. To be fair the fruits & vegetables are good quality.
Delivery refused to bring things as all delivered goods to the house and I didn't have anyone to pick it up... Also nagging too much if I put items in cart and don't check out... Maybe I like to put items as I remember them then I will order... They called me 3 times to ask me why I didn't check out and then no one called after 2zt order to check how was the experience
