A really good game and more challenging than ATO2 which I also have. If you wanna start with this series try ATO2 instead since this one is a bit more harder to succeed. Other than that once you play a few games you get the hang of it. Hope to see more updates soon!
Love the ATO series. However this hub enabled cities stuff really hurt my opinion of the game. I'd like to see an earlier start and some more planes like the DC-3,DC-4, DC-6, DC-7, the Dehaviland Comet and the like. Also the lack or Combi aircraft kills me. It would only take an additional slider in the cabin layout bar to allow freight on pax aircraft or for that matter Allow you to refurbish older pax aircraft to freighters just like the real airlines do. The 707-320, 727-200 and DC-8 for instance lasted well into the late 1990s and mid 2000s as freighters after their cariers as passenger airliners.
Way higher quality than ATO 2, however I am a little angry about the removal of logos and the freedom of the point to point system, however the higher quality graphics and addition of new aircraft do make that up to an extent.
This game is highly manipulated by its company, as soon as they know you're willing to spend money they will target you for manipulation. Most of the players are actually computer generated not human, just like ATO2 many of the other players are sponsored by the company or work for them, they get free coins to use and frustrate you with the hope you will spend money to retaliate against them. Players were spending coins and playing in a way that wasn't beneficial to them, ruining their game and yours. Overtime you see how players play and know what to expect, so when you're being specifically targeted it is very obvious. I tried some things like disguising my identity and changing rooms yet they obviously had access to my account and were able to follow me from room to room performing the same ridiculous tactics. They're also definitely real people because I messaged them and even though they were supposedly from different countries they all responded and their comments were eerily similar. I get that they want to make as much money as they can, but the complete dishonesty is going too far in my opinion. The new ATO3 hub concept is a disaster too, the old system was so much better, all they needed to do was limit the number of competition routes you could open on someone, they didn't want to do it because in the old game that's how they were getting people to spend money. I suspect in the new game they have a new plan to cheat the players, I haven't played enough to figure out the new angles,the reason I haven't been playing this game other than the dishonesty is there is a new airline game that is so much better, once you figure out how to play it, see you there.
The game is a good concept and an idea that's fun. The execution is the problem. The game is stupidly confusing and after several tries I still can't make a profit while everyone else has empires."
