Modernise your healthcare experience. The Better Health Outcomes app easily connects you to your general practice team. Better Health has been developed after listening to patients and general practices about what they really need in a patient app. Its healthcare thats centred around you.
Download the Better Health Outcomes app to:
- Access your health summary, including diagnosed conditions, prescribed medications, immunisation history, and lab results
- Request repeats of previously prescribed medications
- Book and manage GP appointments
- Check-in to let your GP know you have arrived
- See consultation notes from previous appointments
- Receive notification reminders for appointments, as well as updates on the status of your prescription request
- Login using passcode or touch/facial recognition
- Choose to share your medical information with other healthcare providers if required
To use the Better Health app you will need an invite code from your general practice team.
