App doesn't resemble the examples above. Info is good, but I was expecting more details. Didn't find what I was looking for but I will probably use the app again for different purposes.

211 associates are nice and they provide information/resources but majority of the people you speak to (#'s 211 provide for assistance) are SUPER RUDE and you have to go through hell just to get assistance. Well at least in the Atlanta area. Really unprofessional and obnoxious. They talk to you like you are not worth the time and effort. I have not had a pleasant experience at all."
