Doesn't seem to do anything on my GS8. I have the companion app on my galaxy watch (paid for) and have turned off battery optimisation and made sure all notification options are turned on, but I still get nothing. The app doesn't try to sync the incoming message / picture, and the viewer on the watch just loads 8 random historic whatsapp images. It's great that someone has tried to develop a workaround to the poor whatsapp integration on the galaxy watch, but this just doesn't work.
On my S3 frontier, i downloaded on phone, gave all permissions but its not visible on my watch. Also by default its stored on internal memory of phone and gives no option to change it to external storage. Could someone help?
Not working on Galaxy Watch Active 2. No notifications coming through at all! All permissions given. Do not buy. The app has a link to the Galaxy Store app for the watch app. It was available and is installed on the watch. The purchase is through the Galaxy store!!
It affected my notification tone on my phone.it juz sounded 1 sec of sound instead of the full notification tone.because of that, i dont even know i received a whatsapp messages on my phone.uninstalled this app, my notification tone goes back to normal on my phone.btw, im using samsung note 10 plus for my phone and a samsung galaxy for my watch.
Shows images on watch once in a blue moon.... Image will pop on phone twice once in WhatsApp and on this app but not on watch.. I have tried all the settings what is mentioned by you.'
