Whenever I upload a claim it says 'not loaded' but then I am getting my claims processed so I assume it's an issue with the app. I've tried all the usual things (updating and reinstalling) with no success.
You cannot take receipt photos direct for a claim even though the app gives option to take photo or add photo. You must take photos then add which is much slower, especially for multiple claims.
Not useful. Shows who is covered and claim status with link to website. Something useful like a benefit balance remaining and ability to claim through the app not a link to the website is needed. Login with birth date is rediculous when you can only change it month by month. Lol. what are you people doing...
Very laggy and buggy app. Can barely perform the basic function it's designed for. In need of a lot of work.
Unable to open the app!! After many many attempts, uninstalling, reinstalling...still same. Keeps crashing :(.I put 1 star just to be able to post the review.As I cannot even open the app, I obviously cannot comment further on it.'
