It would be good if you could set up your defense before the enemies start. A short tutorial on what each tower does, would also help. Perhaps an indication of how much health the enemy has left. Do all the towers deal the same amount of damage? Good start.
I like this kind of game, its like plant vs zombie, I also like the good vibes of the music
