Your character wears a specific outfit to help you breathe. A map is full of oxygen tanks. You can get them as a reward for destroying a guard. Otherwise, you earn them during gameplay.
The world of Hidden Earth is tricky. Items lay all over the map. Hints help to find them by flashing them. You see it on your list. Just follow navigating arrow. The first level is lost somewhere in Asia. You see mountains, sand, and deserted buildings tumble into ruins. The atmosphere is apocalyptical. When you collect all the necessary components, gates open, and it is possible to cross the river by the bridge and observe the first meteorite. The level continues. You collect stuff for creating medicine.
