Accomplish all your "gymgoals" with ease. Gymgoals allows you to create, manage, perform and share with anyone a weekly workout. You are also able to give up a day of training if you don't feel like working out, but be careful! If you skip or give up a day of training, you will lose your training streak! The app records your current training streak and your all-time highest training streak, so you can push yourself up to increase them!
