Finoko: Cash flow management play online

The Finoko software is a comprehensive solution for management reporting, budgeting control and financial analysis of companies.

Finoko can be used:
- as a web service,
- as on-premise installation.

The system of payment approvals in Finoko allows you to register requests for payment (bills or invoices) using mobile application, load requests from ERP software or create in web application.
System allows to customize approval sequence according to amount and classification of cost.
A notification about new payment request is sent to all responsible people. Notifications can be send by email or directly to mobile devices.
The payment request contains information about the limits of payments by specified classification (account), amount of previously approved requests and the paid amounts with the same account in current period. The system can be set to restrict budget overrun.
Files with scans or original documents can be attached to payment requests (for example, invoices or credit notes) for detailed review.
The mobile application allows to approve, reject or send to reconsider or edit.
A convenient list with filters allows to select requests that require attention, not paid or filter by interval.
