BoxLock is a smart padlock designed to protect your deliveries from porch pirates and package thieves. BoxLock is compatible with UPS, USPS, FedEx and Amazon.
The BoxLock's Android application enables you to manage your BoxLock Smart Padlock. Through the mobile applications you can sign-up for and connect to UPS My Choice, USPS Informed Delivery, FedEx Delivery Manager and Amazon Prime to automatically collect tracking numbers so that your delivery drivers can secure your deliveries with BoxLock.

It sucks, don't buy it. It disconnects from the lock and won't reconnect without extensive troubleshooting. The lock fails to open if it gets too cold even with the master barcode. And amazon delivery drivers won't use it. Only my USPS Delivery person uses it, and only after I explained what it was and and showed him how to use it. The app is trash though.
worthless - delivery people will not take the time to use it. It is very slow (it doesn't check for the package until it is scanned, so a scan for a legit package can take several seconds). Only major carriers are supported. Don't waste your money
Got my box lock about 2 weeks ago and when I tried to set it up I cannot the box lot will not register with the website I see it connected to my phones Bluetooth but can I get it to register with this app I am using a samsung galaxy I would not recommend buying box lot until 8 get all the bugs to work out of the app and improve their customer service and support now I'm stuck with $129 being yellow paper weight. Now I'm wondering if one of the 5 stars on this review is not box lock employees for the owners themselves. Tried it again still NO LOVE !!! My Account is registered however when setting up the boxlock I keep getting App keep saying CONNECTING YOUR BOXLOCK Searching for a boxlock I did a force stop on app and reopened app started the setup process and it does the same thing So I uninstalled the app the reinstall the ap started the setup process and again it does the same thing, App keep saying CONNECTING YOUR BOXLOCK, Searching for a boxlock. I turned off my 5GHZ and left my 2.4 GHZ. WI-FI on, Still get the same response from the lock. I Pressed and held the top button on the BoxLock for about 45 seconds Release the button when I heard a series of beeps, Still No Love.
`Works as expected. Added security and makes my house look more techy then my other neighbors. Notice some comments about the issue with JavaScript. I found a workaround. If you created your account using Gmail and you can't sign in because of the JavaScript issue, try the "add account" option. Apply the same account you were using before. Worked for me. I almost gave up on the app after a week of reviewing my Android's default browser settings. Works like a charm again! :-)`,The device is way to glitchy. No one will use it because it is too difficult to use. App froze me out because I had to factory reset my phone. Now it is a expensive brick. Not worth the money. Better off using a standard padlock.'
