Play this online game named Antler.

The ANTLER pilot intervention is a 6 week intensive program that aims to help persons with SLE achieve a 10% increase in physical activity and increase fruit and vegetable intake. Participants will use the ANTLER smartphone application to monitor behaviors as well as attend individual session to enhance motivation for meeting individualized physical activity and dietary/nutritional goals and identify specific barriers to behavior change.
