Alzios is a completely free mobile application, allowing you to practice bodybuilding without the fuss.

Thanks to its intelligent training program creation system, Alzios will create a tailor-made bodybuilding program for you. Indeed, it will adapt to your morphology, your equipment, your available time.

No time for a session? No worries, Alzios will adapt the rest of your week.

No equipment? With Alzios, you only need small dumbbells and a rubber band to progress.

With Alzios, you will never have to worry about organizing or thinking about this week's training again. Our system does all of this for you, so when it comes to your next workout, all you need is the right attitude!

Alzios is currently in Beta version, most of the desired features are not yet available, with for example:
