AdMoER is a health risk assessment app that provides its users with a two layer functionality: (i) one that provides individual users, public health authorities, health organizations and private businesses with an infection risk mapping during either pandemic or epidemic episodes, with an aim to replace general social distancing with a targeted one directed towards persons at risk, in order to resume normal living and allow all businesses to resume and (ii) provides medical practitioners and medical institutions with a tool to real time monitoring of their chronic patients vitals in order to assess health status and intervention.
