It doesn't work? I went all the way up to the payment screen after consultation and after pressing submit it doesn't do anything. Kinda a waste of time. Edit August 17, 2020: So I finally used it, you get a call about 2 hours after you submit payment. The doctor spoken to seemed like he muted me a few times as sound went in and out and it didn't seem like he was paying too much attention. I ended up getting prescribed allergen eye drops instead of dry eye drops that I had requested? I called customer service and they basically said once the consultation is done they can't do anything about it. Make sure to research what they want to prescribe you before you get off the phone otherwise you'll have to pay again.
They offered me free consultation and i was charged 40$ for talking less than 1 mnt with a doctor just trying the app tried called to refund and they refused. Nothing on the app mention about the charge and i was told to check the small writing when i got the trial they said somewhere they talk about charging . A lot of hidden charges it felt to me a fraud more than an application. Don't add your credit card
Doctor was great. Someone needs to update pharmacy locations because some don't dispense prescriptions and some are actually out of business. I was sent to a location that doesn't give out prescriptions. When I called customer service, she was sort of rude. She told me that, if I would have called customer service first I would have know. When she looked up other pharmacies a lot were not even listed in my area on the app, even after putting another zip code in. I won't be using app again.
Scam. I do not recommend this to anyone. Apparently they have issues with Gmail to activate your acct. I called 3x just to use my husband's Hotmail instead. This back and forth took about 2 hrs then finally doctor called and was rude and to anticipate rx for earache in an hour at the pharmacy. After 24 hrs, my prescription still not in. The visit still has not been logged in the portal either as I do not see any notes from televisit in the portal. Terrible! I should have went to patient first.
I've had a good experience. I think I used it 1 or 2x. Got the free 6 mo deal from tmobile a while ago. Paid w card already loaded on app. $40. Helped me as I dont have health insurance."
