This app is very slow! WiFi or mobile data. Difficult to attach photos/documents - you have to attach it several times before it works and then it often goes to a black screen and you have to start all over again. I can no longer log mentoring/clinical Coaching with my SVNs. Choosing 'other' because we don't know where else to put lunch and learns where you watch a PowerPoint/discuss with reps.
For the moment I feel you can't release an app like this if you didn't ran a full circle of testing before. Not to mention a UI/UX one. This app needs serious suspending and resolve all the problems it has, from the exit error when you want to log a new cpd to modifing the old ones that you might have forgot a thing to include. There are many things to say, but for now the best thing is to discontinue it, put it throught a very deep end to end testing and after restart it.
Used this app a few months ago to log my CPD. It worked well and for a new app I was quite impressed. Tried again to log another session today and each time I click to add a new log it crashes and closes the app. I seem to able to access the other sections fine. Perhaps the new app update earlier this month has caused some problems? Please sort ASAP as we have no other way of logging CPD now and I personally like to log it whilst it's fresh in my mind, particularly with the new reflect tab.
When recording a log it gives you the option to add an attachment however fails to add it. I tried multiple times and also tried the 'take a photo' option, which also didn't work.
Not had the same problems as previously mentioned in the other views. But I find the option for recording time odd. I've had CPD less than hour and the only options I've got are 15, 30 and 45 minutes. It be better if you you write your own time in, so that is correspondins with the time marked on CPD certificate."
